    Can't figure out how to schedule parallel tasks

    I have a resource that has 2 tasks. There is no dependency between the tasks. Task A is 20 hours work, it can only be worked on 4 hours a day due to the nature of the work. Task B is 40 hours work, it can be done any time, any day, and I want to use it to fill in after the Task A each day...
