I think that you should try the CPN Substitution form. You can then specify which extensions send out their DDI, and which send out the main circuit number.- jayhwf

Mitel 3000
Create a seperate class of service for the 5th line, reducing the call forwarding timer. This may work, but it's dependant on how you have things set up at the minute, for example is it a hunt group, ring group etc. It'll be a case of trial and error.- jayhwf

Mitel IP-Dect WSM and IPBS (Ascom)
I've tried upgrading the IPBS successfully, from 4.0.8 to 4.0.25. The WSM doesn't need upgrading. The handsets need their firmware upgrading. This was a recommendation from Mitel to fix a fault that was happening on a customer site. However, the handsets stay out of service after the...- jayhwf
