    3Com 1000 Switch Lost Password

    Does anyone know how to reset the switch to the orginal usernames and passwords. Or does anyone know a method to upgrade the firmware without logging into the telnet management? I am installing a Fiber Module and I need to upgrade the firmware before I install it.
