    Offsite VPN user setup

    Yes I should be able to setup new VPN users through sonicwall yet it won't connect to the server until the user is established and it won't allow the setup unless there is a server connection. Hence my problem.

    I have one laptop in our network of 200+ computers that is giving me an error message of permission denied in accessing one of our server file folders while logged in as the network administrator. All passwords are the same and I have no problem connecting to the same folder on other computers...
