Our inbound call centres are complaining of phones automatically going not ready while agents are idle and waiting for calls to present.
I have logged a call with our vendor advised that we make the following change:
"Step one will be to increase the buffer size of the aml/Elan links...
Ok tested now and didn't work. In NN43001-551 I found some info that explains my dilemma:
"ACD Agent while IDN on-hold Allowed (ACAA)
ACD calls are presented to agents active on IDN calls, regardless if ACAA is configured as
YES or NO."

If you have an existing ACD, you can print it and use it as a reference for your new ACD, otherwise just wing and monitor agents experience.

Has anyone here used Roaming Profiles with Nortel 2050pc softphone? My problem is not so much the Roaming profile but with the softphone. We need the PC to retain all the phone settings but it seems that the softphone is profile specific.
