Yes, it is true in port service everything work fine Because i separate ext port of tvm by tenant and operator ring is true but in trunk service is not work fine i separate trunk port by tenant and vm trunk

you should go to service setting custom service tab and add new custom service menu and record voice for menu in menu can Customize everything when you have done go to port/trunk setting in tab incomig call service chose custom service and your custom number
