For some reason the default doesn't work . Anyway I figured out how to change it using the same command I posted but I'm not sure if I can display it on the forum.
I don't have access to the assistant so I cant try what sbcsu suggested.

All inbound calls on DID 2000 are set to reach the attendant console with ext 2030 , problem is when call forward is set on the console only internal calls are forwarded to the destination set , external inbound calls still ring at the attendant,
ATNDDID ,ATND , VFGR , VFGKZ , NAVAR are all set...
ok , got it working now, can transfer calls finally.
Changing DNNO in richt and ldat to 1-1-90 was what got it working.

There is another thing I was trying to achieve but with no success.
We have 2 DPLN's 0 and 1 , Users have to press "9" to dial external numbers.
When DPLN 0 is set user dials "9" enters an ID and then Is allowed to dial external numbers...
Added the parameters , still cannot transfer .

Yes I'm sure about the transfer , I tried it using OptiGuide and flash on analog handsets and it was not possible.
Stations are unique on the 2 sites , won't have to worry about that for now but it was good to know about the workaround for future...
True , there are other future codes beginning with "#" ,i wanted this as a temporary solution as i realized I can transfer the call by pressing "#" (attended call transfer code set in elastix, i get a dial tone from elastix) if the case was Elastix -> Hipath -> elastix.

We have a Hipath 4000v3 with a HG 3540/50 V2.0 card for sip trunking with an Elastix system . We can make calls between the systems but cannot transfer calls from the hipath to elastix ( not possible shows on screen) . We can transfer calls from the elastix to Hipath.
