    RDLC - Are there any third party tools for creating RDLC reports?

    I'd like to make it possible for clients to create and maintain their own RDLC reports in a secure environment where they can see their database but cannot do anymore than create read only type reports. Are there any third party tools that can achieve this?

    I have a table that has no fields containing unique data. I would like to get the first 10 records entered, i.e. bottom 10 if I could sort by date entered. Again, I have no field that I can sort by. Is this possible?
