Additional information: The following LEDs are lit on the units supplying 0A: RFA, Auto ST & SEN Fail. I have tried cycling the AC power, giving it time to shut down completely before turning it back on. The RFA LED stays on the entire time. The Auto ST LED and SEN Fails LED go off with the AC...
