Thank you vipergg but nothing is showing. I connect the console cable and when i connect the power cable to the switch nothing shows in the screen.- victorframos

Cisco 3750 failure
I have a Cisco Catalyst 3750 switch an I'm having problems with it as soon as power is connected and turned on the switch doesn't go into POST but as soon as the switch is turned on the SYST light stays on green (no flashing) and nothing else happens at all. Does anyone know why this happen...- victorframos
