Wow, am I frustrated!
I realize I will have to go through some cryptic routines just to export Resource Usage Sheet to Excel, but before I even go there, I need to sort or group in the following order:
First: Resource Name
Then: Budget Code(Text1)
Then: Task Summary Name
Budget Code(text1)...
I think I tackled this as well as it's going to get by manually inputting yes or no in a custom field, and filtering that field. However, if you still are up for the challenge, I will try to describe it better.

I can copy cells with tasks and dates from Excel into Project2010 with no problems.
Yet, when I copy the tasks and dates from Project back to Excel, the Date cells are not recognized as dates in excel, nor can they be reformatted as dates.
Project changes the mm/dd/yy format to Fri mm/dd/yy...
Unfortunately, that only applies to each individual task. I have come to the conclusion it will not be possible apply any logic that needs information from other tasks. Maybe it can be done by WBS numbers.
So, now my solution is to add a custom field "Is pipeline crew involved?", and manually...
