Do you happen to have the url by any chance? I'm having a hard time locating "element manager." I tried going straight to Avaya website and searched for it with not much luck. Thank you.- rummy78

Callpilot Settings Set to "Read Only"
Hi. I'm trying to set up Estimated Wait Time feature on our Callpilot 150 for our call center. I have greetings made up, and EWT rules all set up. When I go to Skillset List to edit Day Routing Table, everything under there is set to read only. According to the manual, I should be able to...- rummy78
