I am wanting to enable the UM Webview for the staff here. It works fine and people can access it however there are security requirements which the interface just doesn't meet as it just asks for mailbox and passcode.
Does anyone know if there is a way to make it more secure or of there...
MCD 4 with embedded VM
I have a a few sites all running the above.
On one I have set-up a a group of people's mailboxes as menu nodes with an option to press X to get to the help desk.
set-up a transfer only mailbox as say 1234 with the extension number being the help desk and assigned it to...
I've never tried to setup an external hot desk user before but have setup ACD / standard hot desk user not a problem at all!! and this has me going nuts!
can someone point me towards what I need to do to get this to work!!!

No but they used to be - I deleted the hunt group
I just checked the old hunt group VM and there were messages - i've removed them & deleted the VM box - hopefully this will be it....odd though as the hunt group was deleted including all members...

In an ACD path - whilst all agents are busy - I get the group presence alert on an agents phone further along the path.
However I cannot pickup the call until it is actually ringing on a physical device.
is there a way to pick up this call without it ringing...
