When the first agent answer he get 1 in the ccr report on the answer call and busy in the realtime
But if he will transfer the call to another agent the report will show 1 in the presentend cAll and 0 in the answer call and realtime will show alt-nonq

he want when no agent login that the customer will get night message (on voicemail) to leave a message
I can get to overflow to go to another hunt to ring but no voicemail answer on the overflow group

i have custoer with 1416 phone on CCR system
the problem is that the agent lower the ringing volume
he wolud like to lock the ringing volume on 7 without the pasibility to change
