    BCM 400 4.0 Reboot itself unexpectedly

    I read a few post for a BCM 400 that rebooted by itself and seems that no one has answers... My customer had his system rebooted by itself for no reason. I checked the alarms and no log has been recorded since the reboot. I just want to know why this happen and if this happens to someone else.

    Actually Crowtalks, As soon as I click backup, the error message appear, so I'm don't even have the chance to pick a choice of backup. and then EM closes from inactivity. I should try to restore... TY

    I have a customer who runs a BCM450 rel. 6. He use to makes backup of his system flawlessly until he recently change his server. According to him, on his Element manager, He only has change the path of the server. Since that, he can't no longer makes any backup and he get an error message...
