Incompatible Disk Error on AVAYA IP Phones
I try the basic steps but i think this problem has gone out of my hand [evil] The IP OFFICE version is 7.0(12). The IP OFFICE IS using VCM 32/ ATM 4U base card. But i will still try to resolve it. Please help me if possible.- 4950611

Thank you so much for your answer, Still there is problem 1) when some one call i hear the ringing tone but when i pick the phone i cannot hear the voice of other person. 2) Please suggest how to over the Incompatible number error. Your help means A lot to me. Thanks [thumbsup2]- 4950611

Hello Everyone ! I am new to Avaya World. Today i face a problem.The IP Phones connected to IP office when rebooted. Give following errors. 1)During Boot : it says tftp error unknown. 2)After boot : when try to dial number it say incompatible disk. The phone still ring when somebody call...- 4950611
