Could someone help me how to use this Agent Configuration Validation Tool (ACVT) in CC7 or AACC?
As per Avaya, this is use for checking database structure if there are stuck or stray agents in database.

By changing the binding orders of network adapter, mwistate.mdb is now updated with on and off state. However, MWI lamp of phoneset still not working. By the way, MM integration to CM is by H323.
