comdial excutech no ring at stations for incoming calls.

is it (ITCM) - (*)(7)(4)(6)(*) from station 10 ? need to know if that is right and what next The system is comdial executech 824 KSU it has 4 stations. station 10 does not have a display. all the phones are the same. ii have attached pic of phone also non of the phones show their extension...- nuetek

comdial excutech have four lines with 5 phones/ incoming calls the light blinks but does not ring at any phone. please help- nuetek
