We have CCX with a couple of contact centers and historical reporting and such. We also have that one hunt group. Why the powers that be decided not to add it to contact center I don't know...Thanks for your response.
Is there a way to view report on a hunt group that shows detailed data per user in that hunt group? We only have one with 5 users. I can run a summary report for the hunt group number, but management wants one that's more detailed. We're running 8.5.1.11900-21
