Actually sorry... it is not Remote Desktop Connection. It is actually called Teamviewer. But even if the recording is available, do companies typically record their sessions with the employees they are helping?
I work in a large national company that provides IT Support for the company's employees. Is it common for this type of company to have their Remote Desktop Sessions recorded? Or do companies in general do not record their sessions?
