I am looking for a simple call accounting software package to do basic billing.
if users spends more than 10 minutes on the call, they get billed x cents per minute. and reports are emailed to user every month.
i currently have ISI but looking for a more cost effective alternative.

i have a few CDN's and want to report on calls offered, abandoned, answered and terminated.
i see 350 calls offered and 0 answered and 345 terminated and 5 abandoned.
why dont i see the calls as answered?
could it be that the CDN is routing to another CDN and it shows it as terminated...

i think they setup the app in app builder because they wanted a recorded message to play.
any thoughts on the steps needed to do this?
1- i have an 800 # that the carrier sends to our DID.
2- i just want a message to play.
