You must make sure that all the user rights are present on all the systems. When a user from site A is hotdesking to site B, the IPO on site B only checks for the local user rights and not via the SCN. So make all the user rights available on all the systems and off you go!
Hi Peter,
Can't you import the 275+ users in our own IPO just to see if you still can't enable the Mobility for those users? You can set the No Directory checkbox from the CSV file.
Hope this helps!

Peter,
You forget to mention that the IPO's "Voice" LAN port must be untagged in the Voice VLAN on the switch. But that goes without saying for you, I guess :-)

Hi Amriddle,
STUN uses port 3478 to communicate with the requesting client. So leaving this port closed will result in no STUN detection, IMHO.
In fact, I've seen this happen once or twice where port 3478 was closed and thus resulting in no STUN communication whatsoever.
Open the following ports to the IPO (In the Draytek: NAT > Open Ports):
5060-5090 UDP (SIP)
3478 UDP (STUN)
49152-53246 TCP/UDP (Voip & Remote management)
You can't set it to accept connections from a fixed IP because the Voip RTP stream is coming from your provider and...
The problem is very clearly in the SIP trunk, as the log shows that the IPO cannot find any outgoing channel (CALL LOST (CMCauseNoChannel)
Did you try to delete and recreate the SIP trunk? SIP trunks get screwed up sometimes on IPO.
Or do you perhaps route this line over LAN2 of the IPO? Then...
IPOFF,
With VMPRO it is possible to build a separate menu for recording all the messages used in the entire system. Customer can dial a SC and make a choice for which message he likes to record. Of course, this menu message has to be recorded also but this is usually the job of the engineer :-)...
Try to uncheck Direct Media Path, as both phones are on a different subnet and therefore have no direct IP connection to each other. If Direct Media is unchecked, the audio will run via the IPO, which has an OK audio connection to both phones, so I think the audio will work between the phones as...

Can you please confirm my understanding by using following scenarios?
1. If client wants to upgrade R7 Preferred Edition system to R8.1 => Then upgrade license + Essential Edition license will be required
Correct

Hi all,
Customer has an IPO500v2 R7.0 Prefered Edition without Essential license and wants to upgrade to 8.1. Do they need an Essential License as well? I thought that an upgrade license 8.1 alone would be sufficient. Is this correct?
Perhaps a silly question but I seem to have lost track of...
The popup telling you that you've allready accepted the lastest EULA shouldn't hold you back from downloading 8.1 several times. Just click on the white arrow in the red block next on the bottom right and it should begin to download. If not, try deleting your history of your browser.
