I am getting this message when I try to access the reports, (the reporting generator server has no connection to the reporting server) and when I restart the IPOCC statistic generator it starts to work fine and again after a while the same issue comes back, so what can I do?
I dont want them to dial through the IPOCC they have desk phones that they dial from, as I told you the old agents can dial normally but the new ones can't dial, and I made sure they are on the same user rights with the same shortcodes.
