    libgdk win32-2.0.0.dll

    GIMP plug-in normalmap.exe which was working well suddenly quit with the message saying it could not find this dll file libgdk win32-2.0.0.dll. The file can be seen in GIMP. Uninstalling and reinstalling the program did not fix it. Whats going on here and what if anything is a solution. Thanks
