Why was the thread scrubbed, I don’t see the last posts from me and avayasmith? I posted and update over a week ago about our success with the 6.2000 firmware on our 9611 phones. I see Avaya just release the 6.020Z firmware but I am staying with 6.2000.- jrado

We are on: Service Pack 5 6.020S We currently are still seeing Freezing and rebooting issues on all our 9611G phones. We were hoping that this was the magic fix, it was not. What should we do we just did a big deployment(Oct 2011) of almost 400 of these phones along with 9 total Avaya...- jrado
