    Can you get into Telset admin? I've had mine lose their gateway and have this problem. Which probably means your drive is failing but at least you can get in and pull a new back up if anything has changed in the last two weeks.

    In Element Manager go to the Administration tab - Software Management - Software Updates Click on "Get New Updates" and from there you have to browse to where ever the update is stored.

    Is it not working correctly or are you not able to install it at all? I have to put mine in My Documents rather than the usual C:\Program Files on Windows 7 because of how the company set up permissions.

    Pardon my North American ignorance but I don't have much information about these DECT phones. I have a customer who got his hands on some and wants to deploy them in a site that has 7449's. I'm debating how much effort I should put into that or if it's even possible.

    I have a BCM 450 R6 that is dialing after three digits, rather than waiting for the whole dialing string. Obviously no calls are successfully completing. I have run out of settings to check. Any suggestions? I dial 9xx and then I get a "Your call can not be completed as dialed" message.

    Replaced the drive this morning and they're speaking English again.

    I did, it's set to North America. I didn't see any option to change it either. The more I look at the system the more odd behavior I find. I think the drive is failing. I have set up a time I can take the system down and get a new drive in there.
