the problem is fixed because the HOME Driver was set to "H" drive in AD. hence the windows folder is created in network driver H not in Local Driver.

we installed the Sage AccPac 500(quite bit older version) on windows 2008 R2 terminal server, everyone has to login it in order to run it. we have to manually copy the windows folder(include cystal) to users profile after they login.
normaill it's no problem to run the report after...
we had one particular report that design in Cystal report 7.0 throws out "error loading library" for one or two users. most people have no problem to run this report. can anyone shed a light on this?
what i have done before:
1. re-genearted user profile
2. copy cystal DLL file onto windows...
