nice idea to use a phantom for the ICD to avoid double call appearance. you wouldn't actually need to create an h323 for the ICR, i think you could just create a user without an extension, or if you used a group just not add any users. Steve ACSS - SME www.connexusuk.com- connexusuk

Until answered using a line appearance button, incoming calls alerting on a line appearance, follow the settings of the incoming call route's destination group or user. They do not follow the settings of any line appearance user. Steve ACSS - SME www.connexusuk.com- connexusuk
