Hello again whykap! I solved by simply rebooting the Publisher... I'm glad of having this problem sorted out but I'm not really satisfied of the way it has been solved, I'm just looking for what it could be the issue... Before restarting the server i checked all region configuration and database...- tziupa

Hello whykap, Many thanks for your kind answer. I'll try a cluster reboot and analyze possible db issues with dbhelper. If the Publisher shouldn't have any phones registered to it, this means that load balance could be possible (following Cisco best practices) only between subscribers? Bye...- tziupa
