I am having an issue where several of my computers are getting continuous "Repeated Attempts To Establish TCP Connection" errors on an IP address that doesn't exsist. It is owned by a local ISP but when contacting them they tell me it isn't assigned to anything. I am not able to PING it either...
I am getting daily Security Notifications from my Router and am wondering what might be causing this and how to correct or remove these from happening. Here is a small example:
