We use Aggsoft Advanced PBX Data Logger. Not too expensive and produces files almost exactly the same as Delta Server.

Hello, I have implemented a menu and queuing system in Voicemail Pro on our system. Is there a way I can see which options the callers are choosing from the menu?
I've had a look in the SMDR and VMPro help and haven't seen anything helpful.

Problem solved.
When the user profiles phones were configured for the 9508 phones, the Button Program was reconfigured to have the trunks as the first three positions. Reconfiguring it so that the standard 'Appearance' 'a=' appeared in the first positions got the phones to ring.
