Thank you for the info. This is a configuration settings right? Please correct me if im wrong, i call a Telephone Company and request for the activation of call forward for 2 direct lines. then afterwards, that is the time im using that configuration as you mentioned here?

need help. one of my costumer requesting a feature like if no one answer the incoming call, then it will automatically forward to their celphone no. or local phone no. Do i need to install something before i configure it? im using aria soho.
