Xpressions - can't delete a fax tone from voice mail box
They stated the upgrade would correct the problem. It has now been escalated to GCS mangement but was hoping someone else may have experienced the same problem and could share how they corrected it. It took 6 months for the upgrade recommendation. My confidence is not high for a quick turn...- SSTelco

We have end users that are receiving fax tones in their voice mail box and the normal process to delete a message does not work. The button tones are not recognized once the message has been played.
