That did it. Thank you. It seems to take 2 - 3 rings before the remote phone starts to ring. The Delay Forwarding is set to 0. Is there another setting that could be adding delay?

For each of my 8 lines I set the Principal User as extension 20, the operator, but outside calls still ring on that phone. Is there something else I can check?
