Our CEO wants his calls to ring on multiple extensions at least 4 times. Then wants the call to go to his voice mail if no one answers. rollover and call apperance
Hi all! I have a receptionist for an SVP that wants the SVP calls to roll to her when the SVP is on the line. She also wants to be able to pick up the calls before they roll to her. What I'm not sure about is if you can answer a call with call apperance programming or if its just an indicator...- kgoodwin
