Does the same problem occur when you dial her number? (not call forward, dialing from IP phone)
If yes, there's something with the cellphone/mobile carrier like jpruder says.
If not, if you had SIP trunks I would blame those like kwbMitel said but on PRI...
Is 7892 a Generic SIP phone in the forms of your secondary controller also?
Sounds to me like your extension is one thing on the primary and a different thing on the seconday which would explain the error.
It's hard to say what to do since I haven't seen all the steps you've done, but I would...
This isn't exactly the same problem even if both are related to MWI. The original problem is MWI on analog set, yours is with a Mitel IP phone.
Do you have NuPoint or embedded voicemail? Is it a new installation and no IP phones have MWI working or some are?
@SNJQuintin Your manager and you must not have the same Class of Service. Look for Call Forward No Answer Timer. If the timer is shorter than the cell phone's voicemail answering timer, it will go back to your office's voicemail instead.
Make a User Speedcall for each destination preceded by your Feature Access Code for the Call Forwarding - Follow Me feature.
Example :
FAC -> *64
Dial out digit -> 9
Phone number -> 1234567890
Make a user speedcall -> *6491234567890
So you need 1 button per "profile" and 1 Call Forwarding...
Ok, so that's the main auto attendant.
My trick to "drop calls" is to make a IP Device Only extension that will stay out of service (no physical IP set pinned, takes up no license) and send the call there. However by using the main AA, if I'm not mistaken (been a while, using NuPoint since a...
I did many multi-sites deployments in the past. Always with MBG, site-to-site VPN or extended LAN on fiber network. I would never advise doing a remote site Mitel deployment straight through the internet.
With the price of good VPN enabled routers under 100$ nowadays, money isn't an excuse.
Oh sorry I didn't read correctly, so it's the other way around for you then! I have no idea why it is different for you. It could be a CoS option on the ring group but the one I have in mind changes what is displayed on the ring group member's phone (group ID or caller ID). Nothing else comes to...
I don't think you can do anything about this. What is showed in call history are the dialed digits.
Per example, if I call voicemail what is shown is the voicemail hunt group pilot number not the specific voicemail port that answers.
Valamagules is correct. If the called number is the mobile number and the user answers the call via BT on his desk phone, the call is still "outside the PBX". No DSS or anything.
From the 3300's perspective, there's no call on the IP set extension.
In both PBX-B and PBX-C? Double check them. I'm pretty sure something is wrong with it because if you allow long distance calls your 91800 calls use the ARS for 91. Since the 3300 ignores the ARS for 91800 like if it didn't exist. Compare with the one for 9477350. Strong chances it's coming from...
How is the ARS for 91800+7 on PBX-B and PBX-C? Both of your speedcalls 3450 & 3451 use the same ARS. So the problem seems to be coming from ARS/CoR related to 1800 numbers.
Since you say that allowing long distance calls (91+10) make your 1800 numbers work, I'm guessing that you don't have any...
Your cluster of 3300s won't be through the MBG. You need some network oil to make that machine works if you catch my meaning.
What you need is a way for both of your networks to talk together : VPN, extended LAN through a provider, things like that.
Then, you can make your cluster just as you do...
Well that wasn't an easy one. So when you unplugged the network cable from the SX-200 before, there was still that server plugged in the controller I guess? I should have specified to remove all network cables from the SX-200. You would have found the problem faster, sorry.
Congratulations on...
Ha yes, they put that out not long after the 3300 AX.
Nevertheless, I think that the 200 ICP software is pretty much frozen in time at this point. Still a very robust and efficient platform however.
Wish you luck with your problem. Please, keep us informed when you find the source of it.
SX-200 is a very old platform. I think Mitel still sells the AX but there's no more technological advances with this type of controller since about a decade probably.
It's almost exclusively used in the hotel/motel industry nowadays.
