Upgrade failed to start
From Viruscan console, when I start to 'Automatice Product upgrade' I get 'Upgrade failed to start. Any ideas ? Please. Zahra- insiyah

Application Error with McShield.exe
How do I know what engine file I have and accordingly what update I should do to fix the problem. Is the engine file the one that says virus definitions?? thanks in advance.- insiyah
