Cheers Loopy, you would think it makes senes, but i have found that a lot in the Mitel world doesnt, as well as over vendor worlds :) Hopefully someoen may spot this thread who has done it. It's difficult for me ot test on a live system. modern world problems!

Hi Trh1 When you say that you get out of service when the idividual is called,do you mean you are ringing a direct number to their extension? if they are logged out and have no call re-routing programmed on their indivudal extensions, you would get out of service. Rixy

The red flashing power LED means the controller has detected an error and is attempting a reset. Potentially the system is stuck in a looping state. you need to get a Mitel technician to check that over, assuming you are not a mitel technician that is :)
