    Thank you for your advice, I downloaded the logs, but unfortunately, they do not contain the CDR 'data' files. (all kinds of other neat stuff, but no CDR). What I am looking for is on how to 'reset' the flags in the BCM to make it think that the CDR records have not yet been downloaded.
