    hi, I have voicemail, the issue is the phone will ring but we are busy on other lines. instead of the phone ringing and ringing I want phone to be answered with a greeting message and then for the caller to be put on hold until someone is available. Preferably using the ISDN lines

    ..until phone is answered. I have an isdn line but the NT can run ISDN and analog telephones. If someone can suggest a device that could do this I would be very grateful :-) im sure this question is not worthy of these forums but this is the best forum I could find dealing with telephone systems!
