We had a server without any DR fail (had our vm pro server on it), i did a new install of 8 on a seperate server, loaded all the users e.t.c. and now our time is off too by about 20 hours. the VMpro server app shows the correct time but any conditions based on time are off.
This is the response i have gotten in regards to this issue from our managed service provider, i think we will be looking for a new provider as i asked twice they check the configuration of the 4 pbx's and they didnt even bother.

yes but i need to see if calls are actually going direct from B - C instead of going through the A system. will pinging do that?

when you say routes do you mean traffic just needs to be able to reach it? or do ip routes have to be added on the avaya
they are all on different subnets on the same network from the same provider.
How can i verify without using the networking hardware that its working?

i enabled direct media path on the B & C avayas but they only have one line going to the vic unit, do they need links pointing to each other? and do i need to program short codes or will the SCN component automatically detect that

sorry i meant to say rebooting them with the new lines and config the call quality had improved, rebooting them with the old cfg's still had the same issue
Our professional install had lines going to invalid IP's and the phones were not redirecting calls properly. After rebooting them last night call quality is fine and the lines are not saturated i just need to get the B-C link working to reduce load on A.
