I have CM 5.2.1, 9620/40 phonese with firmware 3.1.
I have created a term extension group and assigned 3 extensions in it. but when I call my extension group, it rings on all three extensions but no ringing sound.
When I dial extensions directly, they ring just fine.
Please help

I am an Avaya professional and recently started working on NEC SV8500 server.
I have 2 PRIs with block of 100 numbers each DIDs(243854xx & 243855xx) and extension range 42xx.
We have All type of phones (Analog, IP & Digital)
How to configure this PRI trunk so that DID calls can be directly...
