Hello Julie, Thanks for the reply. I will try te graphical indicators. I have another question on Ms Project :) Can i export in Pdf only the columns with the tasks and not the gantt chart? So i can print the project tasks in a big A3 paper? have a nice day!! Andreas

Hello Everyone, I just joined the forum since I would like to get an advise for the MSProject 2010. I have a new column named as Project Status (Open, Postponed, In Progress, Closed). I want to have different background colours for each project status. How can I achieve this? Thank you, AA
