    So far, yes it is working. The only thing that I have found is a no audio issue on one of the PRIs, but when I turned "allow direct media path" off, that fixed that issue.

    @kwing11200 you are registering your IP sets to the 500 V2 chassis and all the licensing is centralized and when the chassis loses connectivity, the IP sets are staying up and are able to make receive calls on the 500? Sorry just wanting to clarify.

    Can you be a little more specific? I am not sure what you mean by "groups" but it sounds like you are wanting the user to set up a group (distribution list) and then create a message and send it to that group.
