Hi PScottC, If we configure "trunk encapsulation dot1q" so we need to make sure that the native VLAN matches across the link. by default the native VLAN is 1. so it is access mode? If we change the native VLAN to be other than VLAN1 we also need to change the native VLAN on the router... -

You mean that we need to enbable RSTP on ET switches and PVST on the Cisco switches, and choose an appropriate root bridge for all ET switches and Cisco switches, but RSTP and PVST is not compatible each other so can switches understand to avoid this loop topology? We enabled RSTP in all ET... -
