    Mailbox Number Only accepting 4 digits instead of 5

    Hi, Do you know if this will erase the General greeting like.."welcome to such and such, press 1 for... Press 2 for..." if we do a new voicemail install and make it a 5 digit mailbox number instead of 4? I will give it a shot sometimes this week. Thanks!

    Hi, I"m trying to setup a new mailbox for a user in the mitel 3300. It will not allow me to enter more than 4 digits for the mailbox number, however it will allow me to enter 5 digits for the mailbox extension. Any ideas would be great. Thanks,
