    Thanks! I will do that. The thing is, we are updating everything (NEC 2400 and Octel 200) to Cisco VOIP in September. I hope the old Octel hangs on for another couple of months!

    Thank you for your help, Herr Doktor. Well, believe it or not, this time it actually was the the VCU! I got my hands on a replacement 300-6001-004 VCU card. We popped it in and held our collective breath. It booted up and all of the cards lit green. The system is up and tested. Thanks...
