Thanks! I will do that. The thing is, we are updating everything (NEC 2400 and Octel 200) to Cisco VOIP in September. I hope the old Octel hangs on for another couple of months!

Well, believe it or not, this time it actually was the the VCU! I got my hands on a replacement 300-6001-004 VCU card. We popped it in and held our collective breath. It booted up and all of the cards lit green. The system is up and tested.
