That worked perfectly! I stopped EDC/POS processing, then refreshed data. When the terminals came back up, the stuck transactions got offline authorizations. Turned EDC POS processing back on, and they automatically spooled and processed. Thanks a ton! Chase

Just thought I'd report back my stupidity... The reason the database upgrade wasn't working was the BootDrv was shared with only READ ONLY permissions. Once I changed it to Full Control, all is well! Thanks very much for the help, everyone.
