getting sql error when updating fwding on Cisco Callmanager user
Now i see Cisco extended functions is deactivated in serivice activation. It gives a error 'cisco dialed number analyzer error:16389, this service doesn't exist in the win2k service control manager' when I try to activate.. Does Cisco extended function has anything to do with forwarding calls...- zcdds

Yes, I tried myself also. User was able to fwd the number on the physical phone, but not on the webpage.. thanks for your input..- zcdds
