Just verified that customer does see my CLID properly on inbound calls to this PBX on her digital set.

How would I know this for sure? I do see the inbound CLID on the CDR records of the site with issue, just in a different format. I believe this formatting difference to be the cause of the issue. Thanks for you reply!!!
